Related software

The following software packages are based on the NFFT library or extend it to other settings. Interfaces for Matlab, Octave, Julia and Python are part of the NFFT itself, see Download.

Parallel NFFT (PNFFT)

A parallel software library for the computation of three-dimensional nonequispaced FFTs. The parallelization is based on MPI; PNFFT builds on the parallel FFT library PFFT.

MTEX

A Matlab toolbox for quantitative texture analysis. MTEX ships with binaries of the NFFT library, which form its computational core.

ANOVAapprox

Julia and Python packages for the interpretable approximation of high-dimensional functions from scattered data based on the ANOVA decomposition and grouped NFFTs.

CUNFFT – NFFT on GPUs

Nonequispaced FFTs on graphics processors (CUDA), based on the NFFT.
