Examples

One may start with example/simple_test/, where the usage of the library is presented for small problems. More elaborated examples in example/error_decay, franke, glacier, interpolation_1d, lena show the usage of the inverse nfft. Note, that these examples use MATLAB for their visualisation.

The library was tested on a AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2700+, 1GB memory, SuSe-Linux, kernel 2.4.20-4GB-athlon, gcc version 3.3. In all test cases the knots ${x}$$_j$ and the Fourier coefficients $\hat f_{\mbox{\boldmath\scriptsize {${k}$}}}$ are chosen pseudo random with ${x}$$_j \in \left[-0.5,0.5\right]^d$ and $\hat f_{\mbox{\boldmath\scriptsize {${k}$}}} \in \left[0,1\right]\times\left[0,1\right]{\rm i}$.
