The ConicBundle Library

There is no additional text yet, but the interfaces are hopefully reasonably well documented:

• Interface to ConicBundle for the Language C
• Interface to ConicBundle for the Language C++ (does not support all features)
• Interface to ConicBundle for the Language C++ using Matrix Classes (full feature support)
