{Nochmal modifiziert: INC+PAS-Dateien zusammengeführt,
 Strukturen Pascal-like umgebaut (mit "T" und "P") sowie
 unsinnige Komponentenpräfixe entfernt (z.B. sin_addr --> addr).
 Die Strukturen SOCKADDR und SOCKADDR_IN wurden zu einer
 verschachtelten Struktur TSockAddr zusammengeführt.
 Eine handhabbare, statisch linkbare Funktion "OpenSock"
 wurde hinzugefügt.

 Another modification: one File (no .INC file),
