This tool is for inspecting HID devices.
It will name known HID Usages and Usage Pages using
"*.upg" tables nearby "dt.exe" (Descriptor Tool).
HID devices owned by other Windows drivers,
such as keyboards an mice, cannot be inspected.
There are commercial tools for doing this.
A future release allows receiving Input
and sending Output and Feature reports,
so you can do some setup tasks on well-built,
ideally self-describing HID devices.
This release only auto-receives Feature reports.
Requirements:
Windows 98 SE or higher.
