- Removed outdated IAR compatibility stuff (code sections).
- Added hook macros for USB_RESET_HOOK() and USB_SET_ADDRESS_HOOK().
- Added optional routine usbMeasureFrameLength() for calibration of the
internal RC oscillator.

- SOF pulse measurement completely changed, but only for ATtiny45
and for 16.5 MHz (maybe, to be continued by ObDev):
Can operate continuously, wakeup support, no EEPROM necessary
Requires USB DATA- onto level-triggered INT0 (or INT1)
- Optionally removing of interrupt acknowledge (USB_INTR_PENDING == NONE)
