Procedure for computing an NFFT

One has to follow certain steps to write a simple program using the NFFT library. A complete example is shown in Section 5.1. The first argument of each function is a pointer to a application-owned variable of type nfft_plan. The aim of this structure is to keep interfaces small, it contains all parameters and data.
